We’re seeking a Dispositions Marketing Manager to lead the charge on buyer outreach, marketing deal flow, and scaling our dispositions pipeline.

Role Overview
As the Dispositions Marketing Manager, your core responsibility is to ensure our properties are seen by the right buyers and sold quickly at the best possible price. You'll manage the marketing of each deal, oversee CRM and list segmentation, coordinate with our acquisitions team, and build relationships with investors nationwide. You must be equal parts marketer, closer, and systems thinker.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing campaigns for wholesale deals (email, SMS, social media, investor platforms, etc.)

Maintain and grow our investor buyer list; segment and tag based on preferences, activity, and purchase history

Analyze deals and communicate key metrics to buyers (ARV, rehab estimate, rent comps, etc.)

Build relationships with investors to understand buying criteria and close repeat assignments

Create property marketing packages including photos, comparables, and deal summaries

Oversee and optimize CRM automations (GoHighLevel, InvestorFuse, or similar)

Track KPIs such as open rates, offer-to-contract ratios, days-on-market, etc.

Host and promote virtual open houses or property walkthroughs when needed

Qualifications
2+ years experience in real estate wholesaling, dispositions, or investment sales

Proven experience in real estate marketing (email campaigns, investor relations, social platforms)

Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, BatchLeads, PropStream, or similar

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Data-driven, organized, and systems-oriented

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
