HQ Cabinets ( ---------- ) is a nearly 40-year established commercial cabinet manufacturing company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. Our sister company, HQ Workspaces ( ---------- ), is over 20-years established and sells (not online, only in person) commercial office furniture. We currently have three full-time PH workers (two project coordinators and one project architect) and one PH part time bookkeeper - they have all been with us for several years. We write this to let you know we work extremely well with our PH team and are now looking to add one more!

Our companies have operated on word-of-mouth and repeat business over the years and have not done much of web site development or social media marketing and we'd like to change that!

We are looking for someone to join our team to work on the following for each HQ Cabinets and HQ Workspaces:

INITIAL GIG - WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:
- Keyword and competitor research
- Re-build both websites on the WordPress platform using long-tailored keyword-optimized content
- Service Areas and Main Service pages to have 1,000 - 1,500 keyword-optimized words
- Include a mobile friendly adjustment
- Include location pages for our biggest markets
- SEO content creation: create an informative blog (content copywriting)
- SEO-friendly URL structure
- Technical SEO site-maps submission
- Off-page SEO (acquire quality backlinks and citations)
- On-page SEO (optimize headings, meta titles and descriptions)
- SLL certificate
- Optimized images (alt text)

INITIAL GIG - GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE OPTIMIZATION:
- Add citations
- Analyze local competitors
- Add secondary categories
- Add correct service areas
- Map services to appropriate website pages
- Complete keyword rich Business Description
- Add Product / Service pages
- Q & A set up
- Add keywords to name and description
- Make sure profile reads 100% optimized

ON-GOING WORK: MONTHLY SEO
- Off-page SEO: backlinks - premium influence links, topically relevant, fastest ranking ... minimum of 10 per month
- Ongoing website updates as needed (new pictures, content)
- Content expansion ... 2 blog articles published per month
- Ongoing monthly audits to optimize technical SEO aspects
- Rank reports provided monthly for top keywords
- Google analytics

ON-GOING WORK: DAILY SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Strategic Planning: develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Content creation - create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms
- Analytics & Reporting: analyze performance metrics and using insights to refine strategies and report on progress
- Community Management: engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster positive online communities
- SEO & Hashtags: use relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and engagement
- Campaign Management: run targeted advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Trend Monitoring: stay on top of trends to ensure content is relevant and timely
- Graphic Design: create visually appealing posts with basic photo and editing
- Communication: write clear, persuasive copy that resonates with the target audience
- Influencer Collaboration: build and maintain relationships with influencers for collaborations

PAY:
- We pay EVERY WEEK on PH Friday (US Thursday) though Wise
- Pay rate PHP 6,500 per week salary
- We pay 13th month bonus
- BONUS for satisfactorily delivered websites PHP 30,000 for each website (one for HQ Cabinets and one for HQ Workspaces … for a total of PHP 60,000 bonus)
