n8n Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a technical operator with an automation-first mindset—a specialist who can architect, deploy, and scale systems using n8n, GoHighLevel, and AI tools. This role is critical in transforming manual processes into intelligent, automated pipelines across CRM, content production, lead generation, and project management.

You’ll design backend workflows that quietly run the business—freeing up human capacity, increasing precision, and compounding operational leverage.

What You’ll Build
GoHighLevel CRM Automations
Design scalable workflows for lead scoring, lifecycle management, and pipeline logic using GoHighLevel’s API.

AI-Powered Content Workflows
Automate long-form blog/article production using multi-step prompt chains, AI agents, and scheduling logic.

WhatsApp + Chatbot Integrations
Deploy retrieval-based chatbots with persistent memory using n8n and large language models for lead engagement.

Lead Generation Infrastructure
Automate data scraping, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM syncing across platforms like LinkedIn and DataForSEO.

Project Management Automation
Trigger task creation, delegate workflows, and generate progress updates inside tools like ClickUp or Asana.

Required Skills
Advanced proficiency with n8n (including HTTP modules, custom nodes, and robust error handling)

Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM and its API ecosystem

Ability to integrate and orchestrate AI agents (e.g. GPT-4, Claude) into operational flows

Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms (LinkedIn scraping, ---------- , DataForSEO)

Experience building conversational bots via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Twilio using n8n

Bonus Points
Experience using Supabase Vector DB for AI memory and internal search

Strong documentation habits (Loom walkthroughs, Notion diagrams, flow logic)

Experience self-hosting n8n on platforms like Render
