As a boutique agency with a big heart and bold ideas, we’re looking for a detail-driven Agency Analytics Specialist to join our team and help us translate data into meaningful action. What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the go-to for performance reporting, digital marketing data insights, and campaign optimization. Working alongside our account and creative teams, you’ll help ensure our work is not only beautiful and engaging but effective.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Build and manage regular reporting for clients across social media,
Analyze campaign data and translate findings into insights and recommendations
Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media metrics
Support performance tracking and data insights
Collaborate with tea
Contribute to long- and short-term marketing planning through analytics
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualization
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or analytics role, ideally within an agency setting
Strong proficiency with Agency Analytics reporting platform as well as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Comfortable using project management tools such as ClickUp
Analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
A love for social media, branding, and all things digital
