Join a Growing E-Commerce Brand as a Virtual Assistant
A fast-growing pet care company with a strong presence on Amazon and various digital platforms is searching for a highly organized and self-driven E-Commerce and Social Media Virtual Assistant. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are eager to help an entrepreneur optimize operations and social presence, this could be your next big opportunity.
As a vital part of the team, you will support day-to-day operations, oversee social media channels, and handle inventory and administrative coordination — all while contributing directly to the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Consistent content scheduling and posting (5x weekly) on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Etsy, and LinkedIn.
Actively manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty.

Inventory and Fulfillment
Prepare and send shipping labels to our fulfillment partner.
Manage stock levels, product listings, and Amazon shipments.
Attend weekly Amazon-focused coordination meetings.

Administrative Support
Serve as a point of contact for CPAs regarding inventory counts.
Provide essential day-to-day support to ease client workload.
Proactively suggest process improvements for cost and time efficiency.
Assist with product sourcing and vendor communications as needed.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and supporting e-commerce functions.
Proficiency in managing social media content and engagement.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability during PST morning hours.
Preferred
Familiarity with accounting coordination, especially related to inventory.
Knowledge of the pet care or wellness industry.
Previous use of shipping label software and fulfillment tools.

Your Growth Path
First 3 Months: $5.50–$7.00/hour (Onboarding and Training Phase)
Months 4–12: Performance-based increase to $6.00–$7.50/hour
After Year 1: Eligible for review and potential increase to $7.00–$8.00/hour
The role starts at 20 hours/week with the potential to grow into a full-time, long-term position.
