Position Overview:

The Premier Success Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating business growth by supporting sales and client acquisition through high-impact administrative execution. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. The Specialist ensures no lead is left behind—managing CRM data, driving follow-up campaigns, and serving as a consistent, professional point of contact for prospects and clients. This is a high-touch, sales-support role that amplifies revenue-generating efforts by keeping pipelines warm and engagement consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Enablement & Lead Nurturing: Own the CRM—track leads, follow up consistently, and ensure every contact is nurtured through timely calls, texts, and emails. Convert interest into booked appointments.
- Outbound Engagement: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via mass texting, emailing, and outbound calling to re-engage prospects, follow up on interest, and support sales initiatives.
- Executive Communications Support: Manage and draft outbound text and email communications on behalf of the Head of Sales, ensuring timely, polished, and personalized messaging that keeps prospects engaged and deals moving forward.
- Contract Management: Assist with preparing, proofreading, and sending contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process.
- Client Onboarding & Retention Support: Manage seamless onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure positive first and lasting impressions, supporting long-term client relationships.
- Appointment Setting: Book and confirm discovery calls and sales meetings to maintain a strong calendar of qualified prospects.
- Client Interaction: Professionally handle inbound calls and inquiries, delivering a top-tier experience that reflects our brand and drives loyalty.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and internal coordination to keep sales operations running smoothly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales-Support Savvy: Proven experience supporting sales teams, handling follow-ups, and managing CRM systems to keep leads engaged and pipelines full.
- Exceptional Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Customer Service Focused: Adept at creating positive interactions over the phone, email, and text that support retention and sales conversion.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software, outreach platforms (text/email/call tools), and calendar scheduling systems.
- Highly Organized: Able to juggle multiple priorities, track numerous leads, and execute outreach with precision and reliability.
