Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Account Executives with a solid background in U.S. insurance operations. This is a remote, client-facing role where you will manage a book of 200+ clients—guiding them through policy servicing, billing, renewals, and claims processes. You will work directly with both clients and U.S. carriers.
This role is performance-driven: the more clients you retain and manage effectively, the more you earn. Candidates must be familiar with US carriers, insurance systems, and the underwriting process.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven experience working with U.S. insurance companies
- Solid understanding of insurance and underwriting workflows
- Hands-on experience using Ezlynx or comparable AMS/CRM
- Ability to manage and communicate with U.S.-based clients and teams
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of 200+ clients
- Handle onboarding, billing inquiries, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist with claims coordination and carrier follow-ups
- Build lasting client relationships through regular communication
- Maintain accurate records in Ezlynx or internal ticketing systems
- Meet defined KPIs (client retention, response times, quality of service)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience with a U.S.-based insurance agency or carrier (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance lines
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Tech-savvy and highly organized with remote work discipline
- High emotional intelligence and client-first approach
- Comfortable handling multiple client interactions daily
