JOB OVERVIEW

At Revmatic, our mission is to help local businesses automate their marketing, book more clients, and finally stop spinning their wheels. Our platform does the heavy lifting — but behind the scenes, we’re powered by people who care deeply about doing great work, learning fast, and building something that matters.

We’re still in the early stages — which means this is your chance to get in early, grow with us, and make a real impact.

Who You Are (Even If You Don’t Know Everything Yet):
You’re someone who’s:

Curious about how websites, automations, and systems work

Has a good eye for simple design

Willing to learn anything it takes to figure things out

Can communicate clearly in writing and short videos

Can help organize, document, and support behind the scenes

Excited to be part of something that’s growing

Not afraid to try new tools, follow a tutorial, or ask smart questions

Maybe you’ve done a few projects… or maybe you’re just getting started — that’s okay

We don’t need perfection. We need someone who’s hungry, honest, and ready to grow.

Your Role:
You’ll work directly with the founder and get your hands dirty building and improving things like:

Websites and landing pages (GHL, WordPress or Framer)

Client account setups (forms, automations, calendars, etc.)

Keep client work organized in ClickUp, Google Drive or Notion

Help draft client emails or reports

Send client onboarding materials

Handle basic communication when needed (chat or email)

Track updates, follow-ups, and keep projects on pace

Tech support and troubleshooting (DNS, domains, integrations, etc.)

Creating repeatable systems and SOPs

Communicating progress clearly and proactively (written and Loom videos)

Don’t worry — you’ll get training, support, and a clear process.
But we’ll also give you space to figure things out and get better every week.

Bonus (but not required):
Experience with GHL, WordPress, Framer

IT background or certifications

Past agency, SaaS, or automation projects
