The Role:
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage both cold email outreach via Instantly and organic lead generation via LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for starting and nurturing conversations with decision-makers—like Buyers, Engineers, and Procurement Managers—who may benefit from PGI’s solutions.

After launching each targeted cold email campaign via Instanly, you will build genuine human connection via LinkedIn with cold email respondents. Rinse and repeat this process for the next target audience (segmented by industry, job role, and PGI solution).

Key Responsibilities:
Launch, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns via Instantly
Thoughtfully respond to replies with personalized, value-focused messaging on how PGI can alleviate their potential pain points
Proactively connect on LinkedIn with prospects from the cold email list, especially cold email respondents
Use our LinkedIn conversation templates to spark organic interest/connection and share relevant content (infographics, insights, posts) to support credibility - this requires knowledge in sourcing/supply chain
Track lead status and flag sales-ready conversations via Instantly and Google Spreadsheets to report to Burke’s assistant, Yosune, to identify opportunities and maintain accurate lead tracking

What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Instantly or a similar cold email platform with multiple running campaigns and A/B testing
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic B2B outreach via thoughtful questions and content creation
Confidence in tailoring our LinkedIn war ---------- ssaging templates to prospects in sourcing, procurement, or contract manufacturing
Excellent writing and communication skills in a professional tone, utilizing industry language
Deep understanding of OEM clients and compliance-driven sectors, especially in medical devices, biotech, and electronics
Organized and comfortable managing a multi-channel outreach workflow
Experience working with a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain company

High potential for more hours if there’s a strong fit.
