Supply Chain Manager (Shopify Dropshipping)

We’re a fast-growing Shopify dropshipping brand looking for a high-level Supply Chain Manager who can not only handle logistics but also oversee backend operations, monitor our Customer Service VA’s performance, and help keep the CEO informed with key insights and issues.

You’ll be a core player in our backend team, making sure everything runs efficiently while we scale. We want someone experienced, proactive, detail-obsessed, and capable of leading — not just following instructions.

Your Role Will Include:
• Daily follow-ups with our Chinese supplier via ----------
• Checking all orders via Parcel Panel and ensuring shipments are made within 3 business days
• Conducting product quality control (requesting images/videos before scaling)
• Coordinating closely with our Customer Service VA and making sure:
• She is following SOPs
• No customer issues are being missed
• All backend communication is tight and well-logged
• Spotting gaps or inefficiencies in our system and proposing improvements
• Alerting the CEO on major issues, trends, complaints, or delays
• Logging all escalations and tracking fulfillment performance in Google Sheets

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1+ years of experience in ecommerce supply chain or operations
• Has managed or overseen virtual teams before (especially CS reps)
• Strong written communication & fluent in English
• Very organized with a leadership mindset
• Comfortable with numbers, data, and reporting
• Takes full ownership, asks the right questions, and solves problems proactively
