You’ll be joining a lean team working on no-code automation, AI, and backend ops infrastructure.
You won’t just build workflows — you’ll help design the way our company thinks and runs.

THE ROLE – n8n AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (PHILIPPINES, REMOTE)

We’re looking for someone who’s excited about using no-code tools to solve real-world problems — and who wants to grow fast inside a company that rewards clarity, curiosity, and systems thinking.

Your job is to translate real-world operations into automation sequences that: -> Eliminate repetitive work
-> Prevent human error
-> Create structure and logic out of chaos

You’ll work closely with our operations team to: -> Build and maintain workflows in n8n
-> Translate SOPs into automations
-> Connect platforms like ClickUp, Twilio, Notion, Dialpad
-> Handle webhook data, format JSON, and configure logic branches
-> Track automation results and suggest optimizations
-> Keep our internal “automation library” organized and up to date

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Most companies automate simple tasks.
We’re automating business logic, decisions, and outcomes.

That means: -> Our automations read incoming data (like guest messages or vendor responses)
-> Run lookups against SOPs
-> Generate proposals (a bundle of suggested actions)
-> Log results and errors for future analysis
-> Allow us to rerun historical events in test environments when logic changes

You’ll help build the thinking layer of our company — something few companies even attempt.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-> You’ve built real workflows in n8n (even small ones)
-> You understand how to diagram a process or reverse-engineer an SOP
-> You think in systems — you don’t just want to get tasks done, you want to solve them forever
-> You’re comfortable learning on your own, but also asking for help when needed
-> You’re excited about AI, automation, and operational innovation

Bonus if you have experience with: -> Zapier, ---------- , Airtable, Notion, Twilio, or ClickUp
-> API integrations and formatting JSON/webhook data
-> Writing or editing SOPs or technical documentation

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

-> USD (~$750–$1,400/month) to start, based off experience and technical capability.
-> Performance-based raise every months until month 6. With a cap on hourly rate of $22/hour (until able to take on a leadership role: larger hourly cap)
-> Promotion track: Automation Specialist -> Systems Lead -> AI Workflow Architect
