E-Commerce Virtual Assistant – Product Sourcing & Amazon Wholesale Support

Company Overview:
We are a growing e-commerce business focused on Amazon FBA wholesale and online arbitrage. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our product sourcing operations and help with Amazon administrative tasks. This is a long-term opportunity for someone interested in working with a systems-driven team and learning the ins and outs of Amazon selling.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Product Sourcing (Primarily from Lowe’s website):

Find profitable products to resell on Amazon using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, or manually

Analyze historical sales data, BSR (Best Sellers Rank), pricing trends, and competition

Ensure all sourced products meet criteria (ROI %, sales velocity, brand restrictions, etc.)

Record leads in organized spreadsheets or sourcing tools

???? Amazon Wholesale Admin Support:

Reconcile shipment inventory count in warehouses across the United States

Help prepare and submit applications for brand or product ungating

Track open POs (purchase orders) and inventory shipments

Support basic bookkeeping tasks (invoice organization, reimbursement tracking, logging COGS)

Requirements:
Prior experience with Amazon FBA wholesale or online arbitrage (preferred)

Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Keepa and SellerAmp (SAS)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sourcing criteria

Proficient in using Google Sheets or Excel

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement

Compensation & Hours:
Hourly rate: Depends on experience ($4–$6/hr suggested range for overseas VAs)
