Key Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls,
Manage scheduling for classes, and trial sessions
Handle student registrations
Provide follow-up communication with leads and no-shows
Track attendance, send reminders, and update CRM records
Support event planning for belt tests, tournaments, and open houses
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a customer service/admin role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and CRM software
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Availability during business hours and occasional evenings/weekends
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Mindbody, Zen Planner)
Graphic design or Canva skills for creating flyers and posts
