Construction CAD Production / Draftsman & Estimator

Hi, this is Acey from Western Built Construction, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated CAD professional to help us with estimating and CAD work (floorplans, shop drawings, construction detailing, etc.). We’re a fast-growing company involved in exciting projects, and we need the right person to join our team.

• Cabinetry Shop Drawings
• Steel Shop Drawings
• Interior / Exterior Elevations
• Tile Layouts
• RCPs (Reflected Ceiling Plans)
• Construction Details
• Project Estimates

• Change Orders
• Takeoffs

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in speaking English is required.
• Togal
• AutoCAD
• Gmail
• Microsoft Project
• MS 365
• Adobe Acrobat
• Zoom
• Google Calendar
• Dropbox

Compensation:
• Salary is negotiable based on talent level.
• This is a full-time role (will begin with 20 hours per week depending on performance), with flexibility depending on the volume of drawings required.
