Instagram Outbound Sender

We’re looking for a high-performing DM Outbounder to join our fast-growing online fitness coaching business.

Start high-quality conversations with potential clients via Instagram DM and follow up, so our team can book them into sales calls. You’ll be the first point of contact in transforming lives — and we’ll train you to dominate.

TASKS:
Send 200+ outbound DMs per day to targeted leads on Instagram, including following up with leads from the past.
Track leads and update CRM daily
Communicate with the team on daily performance, issues, and wins

REQUIRED:
Need to work 7 days/week 5-8 hours per day
Need to work the overnight shift
Strong written English and natural communication skills
Highly disciplined and consistent — you don’t miss targets
Comfortable with high-volume messaging and lead follow-up
Fast learner and coachable
Detail-oriented and organized
