Job Overview
We are seeking someone who ideally desires a long-term FT work environment, who is willing to work within our start-up’s budget capacity to support ONE in the facets of social media content scheduling and creation using our brand voice guide and existing content as inspiration. This opportunity comes with monthly stable income with a focus on growth in both hour increases and hourly rate increased based on company revenue targets being met.

With these responsibilities, you should be someone who is armed with creativity, heart, and a mission driven purpose. You’ll be responsible for leading in various campaigns, scheduling content, managing communities, engaging with influencers, and responding to our beautiful members and customers across all platforms.

This role attracts organized and strategic coordination with heart-centered member and customer care. As we begin to conduct paid advertising, the needs and hours required for this role will grow.

Additionally, to provide accountability, bonuses and other gifts and incentives are included in a PT-FT agreement that has pre-meditated revenue targets to trigger such bonus, gifts and incentives for the team, both individually and collectively.

Responsibilities
Lead Campaigns across all platforms
Schedule daily posts and stories across Instagram & Facebook (1 month out minimum)
Create content based on earlier sample work and/or guidance from Marketing leadership
Manage and respond to community comments, DMs, and brand mentions with warmth and care
Identify, engage, and onboard influencers via Instagram DMs, Shopify Collabs, and email
Support customer experience via comments, calls, and emails when needed
Coordinate social campaigns with our marketing team (including challenges & giveaways)
Help build our engaged digital village of members, influencers, and fans
Report on engagement metrics, trends, and influencer relationships
Act as a liaison between our content team, influencer partners, and fulfillment team

Qualifications
Require fluency and professional English communication (spoken and written)
Required experience with Meta Business Suite (FB/IG scheduling, analytics)
Community management experience (comments, DMs, replies, nurturing)
Familiarity with AI, ChatGPT, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube – a plus
Sales support and customer service skills a plus (Shopify, Gorgias, etc.)
Previous influencer management experience with IG is a major bonus
Positive energy, initiative, emotional intelligence, and accountability

Compensation & Schedule
USD $2–$5/hr depending on experience
PHP 115–290/hr
10–20 hours/mo to start
Performance-based growth path to full-time
