We’re DealMate, a referral-based company that connects motivated home sellers with serious cash buyers and discount commission agents. We’re expanding our team and looking for adaptable, personable strategists who can lead honest, helpful conversations with sellers and guide them to the right solution.

This is a commission-only role with a monthly Internet stipend to match your bill—ideal for a freelancer looking to earn strong payouts from inbound leads—no cold outreach, ever.

Requirements:
• Speaks clear English, good “American accent”
• 2+ years phone experience
• Real Estate or Real Estate Investment knowledge/background
• Computer
• Headset
• Reliable Internet connection

What You’ll Do:
• Speak with motivated homeowners who reach out to us directly
• Help them understand their selling options and refer them to one of our trusted buyer partners
• Represent DealMate with professionalism and empathy—no robotic talk

What You Get:
• 10% gross commission on every deal that closes through our buyer network
• Average commission: $400–$500 per deal
