In partnership with our nonprofit, The Deaf Wellspring Center, we build programs, create digital wellness tools, and host retreats that are deeply impactful, accessible, and culturally rooted.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled, self-starting, and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our social media and content development efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys designing engaging digital materials, thinking outside the box, and bringing ideas to life that make a real difference in the world.
You will work closely with Dr. Scruggs to amplify bold, heart-centered messaging through impactful visuals, newsletters, and resources for therapy clients, conference attendees, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
-Design and schedule content across Instagram,
-Write and format engaging
-Create digital giveaways, tools, and templates (PDFs, toolkits, guides, Canva templates, SWAG templates)
-Design flyers, social media graphics, event promos, and conference/workshop materials
-Support the creation of eBooks, lead magnets, short interventions, and branded educational content
-Maintain digital content organization in Google Drive and/or project management platforms
-Collaborate on brand-aligned visuals and tone across all digital materials
-Light video editing for Reels, YouTube shorts, and workshop content
-Basic website skills, such as developing landing pages
Salary:
$400–$600 USD/month (based on experience and skill), with opportunities for bonuses, raises, and growth into a full-time role.

Working Hours:
15–20 hours/week (preferred availability during U.S. business hours (CST), with some flexibility)
Requirements:
-Strong English writing and design sense (clear, friendly, and polished tone)
-Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation
-Strong working knowledge or familiarity with Canva and
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
-Detail-oriented but comfortable in a creative, ever-evolving environment
-Bonus: Experience designing ebooks, flyers, workbooks, and educational materials
-Bonus: experience with Google Drive, Trello/Asana, and basic video editing
-Bonus: knowledge or interest in mental health, therapy, or social impact work
