????What You’ll Do
Build, maintain, and optimize responsive WordPress websites—from development to launch


Collaborate with designers, SEO strategists, and project managers to bring client visions to life


Implement SEO best practices including schema markup, local SEO structure, and performance enhancements


Configure site architecture, sitemaps, and robots.txt files


Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and other technical issues


Support multi-site configurations for clients with multiple brands or locations


Stay up to date with the latest in WordPress development, CMS tools, and front-end technologies



? What We’re Looking For
3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development


Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


Proven experience in site mapping, schema implementation, and SEO structure


Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design


Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar


Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities


Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Bonus: Experience with WooCommerce, Webflow, or custom CMS solutions



???? Nice to Have
Experience setting up Google Analytics and Tag Manager


Familiarity with Lighthouse, GTMetrix, or other performance tools


Understanding of ADA compliance and accessibility best practices


Ability to build and implement structured schemas across different page types


Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in web development
