SEO and Content Writer - Topics & Quality Assurance

We're looking for someone to help with our SEO work. You will create blog topics, review blog content created by our VA team before it gets published to ensure we're posting high quality content. You will follow our checklist and help optimize our content where it's needed.

You need to have a VERY high attention to detail and be comfortable with following structured processes. Good communication and the ability to follow instructions closely is required.

Outstanding written English skills and strong English grammar is required. Using AI will not be allowed.

You will work closely with our SEO manager and VA Team lead to follow deadlines and ensure we are delivering the best possible results for our clients. You will also be in charge of making edits to content so having a proper understanding of SEO will be helpful. You will be responsible for posting content live to websites, so catching mistakes and fixing them properly will be a requirement for this position.

You may be tasked with additional SEO duties such as updating meta descriptions and summarizing content.

This is a FULL-TIME role and you will be expected to work 40+ hours per week and complete your tasks on time. If tasks are not completed in a timely manner and on deadline, your employment will be terminated after 2 warnings.

Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively

Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills with a strong mastery of the English language
