We’re a fast-growing online coaching business looking for a highly skilled and proactive Podcast Video Editor to join our team.
We publish a weekly podcast and need someone who’s not just a technician—but a creative partner. Someone who works fast, takes initiative, solves problems, and gets things done without needing to be hand-held every step of the way.
We already have systems and a designer to support the post-production workflow, but we need a driven editor who can handle multi-camera interviews and create trailers without waiting for direction.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Edit our weekly in-person interview podcast (3 camera angles) into a polished full-length video for YouTube and audio for podcast platforms.
Edit our weekly solo podcast (1 camera) for video and audio distribution.
Create a ~60 second trailer for each episode in horizontal format (for

Stay ahead of deadlines and communicate early if anything is in the way.
???? Who We’re Looking For:
You’re fast and efficient—you don’t take 10 hours to do what should take 3.
You’re a problem solver who figures things out before asking.
You’re self-directed, take ownership, and get joy from doing excellent work.
You’re creative and can cut compelling trailers from raw footage with minimal input.
You have a positive, go-getter attitude and love making things better.
???? Your Skills:
3+ years podcast video editing experience (multi-cam editing required)
3+ years short-form video editing for social (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Descript (or similar AI tools like Castmagic)
Comfortable working with US-based teams as a virtual assistant
Familiarity with

Part-time: ~10 hours/week to start, with room to grow.
We’re based in Mountain/Pacific Time (USA), but you can work your own hours—just be available for the occasional Zoom call that works across time zones.
