Social Media & Real Estate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help take our brands to the next level!

Our goal is to strategically use social media to grow our audiences organically and ultimately generate quality business for revenue growth. We are seeking a talented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help take our brands to the next level!

What You’ll Do:
*Manage & schedule social media content (Including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Nextdoor, Facebook, Skool, Pinterest)
*Engage with our audiences (DMs, comments, community interaction)
*Edit & repurpose video content for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
*Help market listings and create digital campaigns
*Track social media analytics and recommend growth strategies
* Assist in real estate event promotion & follow-up
*Support our agent referral & recruiting marketing efforts through email campaigns
* Coordinate podcast content & social media clips

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in social media management (especially Instagram, Youtube, Facebook)
*Video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere)
* Strong communication & engagement skills
*Knowledge of real estate or a willingness to learn
*Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
*Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
* Must have an iPhone
