Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Airbnb Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of our Airbnb properties. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle guest relations, housekeeping coordination, Peiscelab management, handyman repairs, property maintenance, damage claims, and overall operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Coordination:
• Oversee daily operations of multiple Airbnb properties.
• Coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure timely and high-quality turnovers.
• Manage Peiscelab services, including tracking and maintaining property inventory.
• Ensure properties are fully stocked with supplies, amenities, and essentials.
- Guest Relations & Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting as needed.
• Resolve guest issues, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service to maintain positive reviews and repeat bookings.
- Damage Claims & Resolution:
• Inspect properties after guest stays for damages or missing items.
• File and manage damage claims with Airbnb and follow through until resolution.
• Oversee repairs and replacements related to guest damage.
- Financial & Administrative Management:
• Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Track and manage expenses related to housekeeping, maintenance, and operations.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, claims, and property updates.
1. Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Airbnb Specialist, or Property Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Airbnb policies, claims, and damage resolution.
• Proficiency with Airbnb platform, Peiscelab, and property management tools.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
• English fluency IS A MUST.
