Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate cold calling to join our team. Your main role will be reaching out to homeowners to generate listing leads for our Los Angeles real estate business.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using scripts we provide
- Build rapport and qualify leads for potential home listings
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested leads
- Manage and update CRM with call notes and lead status
- Work closely with the lead agent to track progress and optimize results

Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent (required)
- Proven experience in cold calling or real estate appointment setting (required)
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle objections
- Experience with CRMs like Follow Up Boss is a huge +
- Confident and persuasive phone skills
- Must be available to work during Los Angeles business hours (Pacific Time)
