Job Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with cold calling and cold emailing experience to help grow our video production business. Your main role will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and secure meetings and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Emailing & Calling: Contact law firms, agencies, sports organizations, and businesses to offer our video production services.
Lead Generation: Research potential clients and build targeted contact lists.
Follow-Ups: Engage leads through follow-up emails and calls to convert interest into bookings.
Appointment Setting: Secure meetings with decision-makers for video production opportunities.
CRM & Organization: Track outreach efforts, responses, and client interactions using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Customized Pitches: Adjust outreach strategies based on industry and client needs.
Who You Are:
Experience in cold outreach (calls and emails) with proven results.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Comfortable talking to law firms, agencies, sports facilities, and businesses about video production.
Organized and able to manage lead tracking efficiently.
Experience with CRM software or spreadsheets to manage contacts (preferred).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with video production, cinematography, or marketing.
Experience in sales or business development.
