Ecommerce Admin Assistant VA for EXCEL, EBay, Shopify

We are an E-Commerce company currently active in the United States. We specialize in selling retail goods on online ecommerce platforms. We mostly use Skugrid, Shopify, Ebay, Excel etc. We need someone highly experienced with Microsoft Excel or similar and we are currently looking for someone to help with growing the business.

*Salary is based on experience and goes up with excellent job performance
- 20-30hr/week schedule (Biweekly Pay) (Time is flexible)

***QUALIFICATIONS:
Well-qualified candidates should have prior experience working at a similar company using Excel or similar. Must be able to work unsupervised, complete tasks fully without issues, and solve problems on your own. Person must be familiar with working on large amounts of data on Microsoft Excel or similar. Must be experienced with creating formulas like SUM, AVG, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, Remove Duplicates, Split text to column on large data sets.
Person will also work with editing products on Skugrid, editing titles, descriptions, product pricing, formulas, inventory monitoring with Skugrid. Manual order processing Respond to customer inquiries, and replying to messages.


>>>PLEASE NOTE<<<: We list on Ebay using Skugrid first, then using Excel we post on our Shopify website. We will train you on Skugrid, Ebay, Shopify if not experienced. Excel experience is NEEDED.


***TASKS INCLUDE:
- You will be using Skugrid/Excel/Ebay/Shopify most of the day*
- Listing new items
- Simple Image Editing
- Monitor inventory weekly on Skugrid
- Responding to store message inquiries
- Ordering the products from supplier's websites.
- Data Entry to record new orders from suppliers
- Uploading all tracking numbers when received from suppliers
- Crosspost to Shopify (Main Task)
