Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at Expand In Asia. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, executing some SDR campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- International markets: Develop new business opportunities in Asia and a few countries in Europe.
- End-to-end sales process: from generating research, identifying new business opportunities, presenting and closing deals.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique business challenges and how Expand in Asia can address them.
- Sales Strategy: Craft and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Cross-Industry Learning: Engage with clients from diverse industries, leveraging a strategic mindset to understand and address their specific needs.
- Reporting: Regularly update the sales leadership team on sales activities, pipeline developments, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience (must have)
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and understand the operations and needs of businesses across various industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-Driven: Capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Digital savvy: need to master the newest digital sales tools
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Language Proficiency: Total fluency in English is required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in Fintech, or SaaS or BPO is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA, Marketing, or related field
