We're looking for a Fashion Developer

Alero Clothing stands for Street Elegance made for men with roots and vision.
Our fashion blends the refined aesthetics and elegance of brands like Boggi Milano or Ralph Lauren with the confident spirit of the streets. Minimalist, high-quality, full of character – for men who know where they come from and exactly where they’re going.

Our plan:
Starting October 2025, we will launch one unique piece of clothing every month – always in several colorways, limited, and crafted with quality. Our first piece is already done. Now we need you.

Your responsibilities
-Develop and execute our monthly key pieces (from concept to production release)
-Research and select premium fabrics and materials
-Create technical drawings and production-ready documentation
-Support sourcing and communication with manufacturers
-Collaborate closely with the founding team – your ideas are not only welcome, they’re essential
-Ensure quality, fit, and style reflect our brand vision

What you bring
-Proven experience in menswear development or fashion design
-A strong sense for materials, cuts, and urban elegance
-Trend awareness – you know what’s next before it hits the streets
-You’re confident, reliable, and able to express minimalist ideas with clarity
-Connections to fabric suppliers or manufacturers? Big plus
