Now, we’re looking for a reliable and experienced **Bookkeeping Assistant** to help keep our financials organized as we scale.

**What You’ll Do**

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using **QuickBooks Online**
- Create and send client invoices
- Follow up on outstanding payments professionally and consistently
- Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts
- Help manage **projects within QuickBooks Online**
- Prepare financial reports as needed for internal review
- Follow established SOPs and assist with improving them as needed
- Communicate regularly with the leadership team

?**What We’re Looking For**

- **Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online** is a must
- Experience managing and tracking projects **inside QuickBooks Online**
- Strong understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
- Proactive and highly organized, with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Willing to use **time-tracking software with screen capture**

- This is a **part-time, hourly position**
- Hours are **fully flexible** — work when you’re most productive
- Estimated weekly time commitment will be discussed during the interview. Approximately 2-4 hours per week.
