Sales and Marketing

I sell retail products, goods, and services to customers, working with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process, to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, Internet. Sometimes I’ll focus on inside sales which typically involved cold calling for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
Communication Skills : I can able to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might.
Customers Service Skills : I can able to in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Flexibility : I can work long hours, nights or weekends.
I can also do clerical works which involves day to day office tasks, such as answering phones, entering data into spreadsheets, word proçessings, and typing.
My modes of communication and data delivery include the internet, email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Skype, etc.
