Virtual Assistant / Creative Strategist / Graphic Designer

Remote Part-Time / Freelance Creative Assistant (AI-Savvy)
Compensation: 5,000 – 10,000 PHP/month via GCash (Based on KPIs)
Bonus: First applicant to complete the assessment gets 1,000 PHP via GCash

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design

Use Canva (and optionally Adobe Suite) to design scroll-stopping assets for social media, email, websites, and ads

Stick to brand guidelines—templates, hex codes, and visual references will be provided

Repurpose static content into reels, carousels, and IG stories that flow well and engage

Content Execution

Take prompts, copy, and image direction—generated via ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity—and format them beautifully in Google Docs

Adapt templates and creative briefs across niches like toys, skincare, wellness, and more

Marketing Support

Help plan and schedule content calendars using Notion, Trello, or AI-generated workflows

Collaborate on creative campaigns, launches, and newsletters

Use tools like Perplexity or Grok for quick market research and audience insights

Creative Strategy & Support

Brainstorm engaging, on-brand content ideas—AI tools will help, but you’ll add the human touch

Build and organize moodboards, swipe files, and creative briefs

Review creative performance and suggest data-informed tweaks (with the help of AI insights)

What We’re Looking For
2+ years in a creative, marketing VA, or design-focused role

Excellent Canva skills; Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn trends and formats

Comfortable with Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, Mailchimp/Klaviyo

You don’t just execute—you ask, “How can AI help me work smarter?”

Bonus Points
Experience with copywriting or content creation

Knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google)

Interest in DTC, wellness, fertility, or e-commerce niches

Already using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools in your daily work.
