Data Analyst / Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Data Systems Analyst to support our growing operational and workforce systems. This hybrid role bridges data analytics, workflow design, and business intelligence, enabling leaders to monitor supervision, training, call systems, and career progression with clarity and confidence. The successful candidate will take ownership of building visual tools, automating reporting pipelines, and generating actionable insights based on live operational data across departments.
This role is deeply embedded in our system operations—especially around ClickUp, Google Sheets, VoIP platforms, and Hubstaff—to track staff interactions, performance trends, and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Data Monitoring & Visualisation
Design and maintain real-time dashboards for:
Supervision touchpoint tracking
Call monitoring (3CX, Freshcaller, RingCentral)
Training engagement (Lattice, TalentGuard, ClickUp)
Create and manage live interactive Gantt charts for pathway visualisation and workload distribution.


Reporting Automation & System Integration
Automate recurring reports using SQL, Python, or Power BI to unify sources (ClickUp, Sheets, Hubstaff, etc.).
Build single-source dashboards by integrating HR, performance, and call data.


Supervision and Call Insight Tracking
Create unified supervision logs that extract call data, meeting summaries, and feedback documentation.
Track real-time calls and develop mechanisms to identify key engagement metrics (duration, follow-ups, missed).


Workforce & Training Analysis
Monitor training completion rates and generate compliance insights.
Predict and visualise upcoming training or supervision gaps to inform scheduling.


System & Process Optimisation
Support system improvements in current BI pipelines and tools.
Help departments identify inefficiencies and provide solutions using automation and visual mapping.


Documentation & Evidence Support
Support the collation of evidence for Ofsted reports, performance reviews, and pathway audits.
