Reddit Specialist

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Reddit Virtual Assistant who excels at writing engaging, scroll-stopping post titles that drive attention and interaction. You'll help a digital creator grow their Reddit presence by crafting compelling content, engaging with communities, and maximizing visibility in relevant subreddits.

What You'll Do:
Write eye-catching, high-engagement titles tailored to various subreddit audiences

Post curated or creator-provided content in accordance with subreddit guidelines

Respond to comments in a thoughtful, casual, or fun tone depending on the community

Research subreddit trends, popular post styles, and high-performing content strategies

Monitor performance and help fine-tune posting approaches for better reach

Discover new subreddit opportunities for relevant content placement

What We're Looking For:
A natural writer with a strong sense of tone, phrasing, and headline creation
Solid understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and posting best practices
Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and content formatting skills
Comfortable engaging in a wide range of communities—from niche to mainstream

Bonus If You Have:
Experience managing or growing accounts on Reddit or other community platforms
Familiarity with Reddit tools (e.g., post schedulers, analytics tools)
Light experience with community building or content strategy
