Shopify Virtual Assistant – eCommerce Support (Product Uploads, Orders, Customer Service, Social Media) Full-Time

We’re a growing eCommerce business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team long-term. If you have experience with Shopify and enjoy working independently while staying organized, we’d love to hear from you!

???? Responsibilities:
Upload new products to Shopify with descriptions, images, tags, and variants

Process orders and manage dropshipping tasks (we'll provide training if needed)

Track and update inventory levels

Handle basic customer service via email or chat (polite and professional tone)

Assist with light social media tasks (posting content, replying to comments, etc.)

? Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify (product uploads, order handling, inventory)

Good written English and communication skills

Familiarity with dropshipping and eCommerce workflows is a plus

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and communicate regularly

Reliable internet connection and your own computer
? Working Hours:
Preferably 8AM–5PM PST or at least a few hours overlap

Full-time role (40 hours/week) – long-term preferred

Shopify, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Canva, Facebook, Instagram
(We’ll train you on our systems if needed)

???? Salary:
Starting at $3–$5/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal

13th month bonus for long-term hires
