We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Administrative and Finance to join our dynamic team, working remotely during UK business hours. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating order from chaos and has a passion for data-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily administrative tasks and calendar coordination
• Advanced spreadsheet management and data analysis
• Creating and maintaining complex Excel formulas and calculations
• Data entry, analysis, and reporting
•
• Document organization and file management
• Process improvement and system optimization
• Supporting team projects and deadlines
• General administrative support
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative and finance roles
Advanced Excel skills including:
• Complex formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements)
• Pivot tables and data analysis
• Mathematical and statistical calculations
• Data visualization and reporting
Finance & Payroll:
• Prepare and process team payroll accurately and on time monthly
• Track hours, calculate wages, and manage payroll records
• Generate monthly payroll summaries and reports
• Track and record client payments to ensure accurate financial reconciliation
Strong data management and analytical skills:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with digital organization tools and project management software
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
