We’re Hiring: Social Media & Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time, NZ Time Zone)

Are you a digital-savvy communicator who loves social media and excels at customer support? We’re on the hunt for a Social Media & Customer Service Specialist to join our team and work on behalf of one of our Growth Partner clients — a thriving e-commerce brand — in a dynamic, full-time role.

You’ll be the friendly face behind their brand and the driving force behind their social engagement and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this full-time remote position, you’ll support the client with both social media execution and customer service tasks. This is a combined role, and you’ll be expected to work in alignment with the New Zealand time zone (NZT).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social posting across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create thumbnails using tools (training video provided via Loom)
• Provide Gmail inbox support by replying to customer emails using provided templates
• Assist with customer queries via the Shopify backend
• Respond to DMs and comments on social media
• Represent the brand with a friendly, professional voice at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
• Social media savvy with experience in short-form content and platform tools
• Strong background in customer service and using Gmail and Shopify
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive
• Must be available during NZ working hours (Monday to Friday)
