We’re looking for a highly organized and results-driven **Chief Operating Manager** to lead our internal operations and client success initiatives. This role combines team leadership with client relationship management, ensuring our remote staffing services are delivered efficiently and meet the highest standards.

Role Overview

As the Chief Operating Manager, you will be responsible for turning the company’s strategic goals into effective daily operations. You’ll manage our internal team, oversee service delivery, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Your leadership will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
- Implement and manage internal systems, workflows, and team structures.
- Oversee daily operations, including task delegation and project coordination.
- Ensure the tea ---------- ets performance standards and project deadlines.
- Monitor costs and resources to maintain efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and train virtual assistants and support staff.
- Establish and track performance goals across the team.
- Build a strong, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Client Success
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth start for all new accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Match clients with the most suitable tea ---------- mbers based on their needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve service or offer additional support.

Reporting & Communication
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and client metrics.
- Communicate regularly with company leadership on operations and client health.
- Recommend improvements in service delivery and internal processes.
