Lead Manager / Transaction Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)
Real Estate Investment Company – U.S. Based
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Manager / Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate investment team. This role involves managing new and existing leads, coordinating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between sellers, our team, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize new and existing seller leads using our internal software
Conduct data entry and lead tracking to consistently build a motivated seller pipeline
Communicate with sellers via
Set appointments and ensure qualified leads are forwarded to the Acquisition Manager
Maintain and update our CRM system (Podio) and CallRail for lead tracking
Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
Create and send documents, flow charts, and forms for process automation
Monitor and optimize lead flow and ensure no lead is left behind
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate lead management or transaction coordination preferred
Familiarity with Podio, CallRail, and lead generation software a plus
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
