LinkedIn Organic Lead Generation VA

We’re looking for a LinkedIn-savvy Virtual Assistant with proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within a company similar to PGI—an integrated sourcing and supply chain partner serving OEMs and high-compliance industries like medtech and electronics.

This role involves engaging with potential leads on LinkedIn, nurturing relationships, sharing value-driven content, and collaborating with our Cold Email VA to track and update lead progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential leads (Buyers, Engineers, Procurement Managers, Packaging Specialists etc.)
Build genuine relationships through personalized LinkedIn messaging
Share thought leadership posts and infographics relevant to sourcing and manufacturing
Collaborate with our Cold Email VA to ensure consistent lead tracking and handoffs
Provide weekly reports on outreach, engagement, and lead pipeline activity

Requirements:
Experience in LinkedIn lead generation for B2B companies, ideally within sourcing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing
Understanding of OEM clients and compliance-driven industries like medtech or electronics
Strong written communication and professional tone
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and spreadsheets
