Experienced Cold Caller and Cold Emailer

???? Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & Cold Emailing (Commercial Cleaning)
Part-Time | Remote | 10 hours/week

We're looking for a confident, reliable and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our commercial cleaning business with cold calling and cold emailing potential clients. This is a lead generation role—not a hard sales job—but your job is to make the first contact, warm up the lead, and hand it over to our team when they’re ready to book a meeting or quote.

???? Your Role:
Research and reach out to businesses via phone and email (scripts and templates provided)

Follow up with potential leads via email or call

Qualify leads and hand over to our internal team

Keep records of outreach and responses in our CRM

Maintain a positive, respectful brand tone at all times

? You Should Be:
Confident on the phone with great communication skills

Organised, consistent, and able to manage follow-ups

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Not afraid of rejection or a "no"

Familiar with cold outreach, lead gen, or appointment setting

Honest and comfortable asking questions if unsure

???? Bonus If You Have:
Experience in cleaning, property, or facilities industries

Used CRMs like HubSpot or Ringcentral before

Worked in a similar cold outreach role

Hourly rate based on experience
