I'm seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow my TikTok account while maintaining my authentic voice and brand identity.

Job Description
As my TikTok Account Manager, you'll be directly involved in growing my main fitness account through content preparation, scheduling, engagement, and growth tactics. This is a part-time position with potential to increase hours as we scale together.
Responsibilities:

- Create and schedule TikTok content using my raw workout footage
- Research trending fitness hashtags, sounds, and content formats
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Implement proven growth strategies specific to fitness content
- Track and analyze account metrics to optimize performance
- Stay updated on TikTok algorithm changes and fitness trends
- Suggest content ideas based on what's performing well in the fitness niche

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform and algorithm
- Previous experience growing social media accounts (TikTok experience preferred)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of fitness terminology and gym culture
- Reliable internet connection and availability for regular communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Personal interest in fitness and gym culture
- Experience with fitness content creation
- Knowledge of CapCut or similar mobile editing apps

Working Hours:

Compensation:

Starting rate: $2 USD per hour
Performance-based increases as the account grows
