About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our Premium Grounding team full-time (40 hours per week). This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting our customer base with professionalism and care.
This is role is for highly experienced customer support, DO NOT APPLY if you don't have at least 3 years experience in eCommerce customer support.
Work Hours
Our business operates in Melbourne AEST. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9-5, with some flexibility depending on customer needs.
Tasks:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via
Provide accurate information about our products, order status, and policies
Resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and order discrepancies
Document all interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure complete resolution
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal contacts when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and procedures
Requirements:
MUST HAVE: Prior experience in a customer service role in e-commerce
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Stable internet connection with backup (for remote applicants)
Familiarity with CRM systems, Shopify and
High attention to detail and organizational skills
A professional, solution-oriented mindset
