Contract Type: Freelance / Part-Time
Compensation: $250/month for up to 15 hours/week

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Google Workspace Setup Expert to support our team with technical account setup and email system preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys back-end tech work and can work independently while keeping things organized and moving.

You’ll be responsible for setting up new Google Workspace accounts, handling domain configurations, and preparing accounts for outbound campaigns using Smartleads.

What You’ll Do

Set up Google Workspace accounts (user creation, domain connection, basic settings)

Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to support email deliverability

Add accounts to Smartleads and initiate email warm-up sequences

Track which accounts have been created, connected, and are ready for use

Troubleshoot common setup issues (login, DNS errors, etc.)

Communicate clearly about project progress via Asana or WhatsApp

What We’re Looking For

Experience setting up and managing Google Workspace accounts

Familiarity with DNS settings and domain registrar tools

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable following checklists and working solo

Bonus: experience with Smartleads or similar email automation tools

$250/month

Up to 15 hours per week

Flexible hours, but work must be consistent and completed on time
