Appointment Setter (Part-Time: Thurs & Fri | 11AM–8PM MST)

We are hiring a part-time Appointment Setter for Thursdays and Fridays (18 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if you overperform and prove yourself.

This role is NOT for the faint of heart. It's high-pressure, non-stop, and performance-driven. You’ll be working 9 hours straight, responding to over 100+ leads per day, booking customers in our software, rebooking missed appointments, and handling time-sensitive customer interactions.

If you cannot perform at a near-perfect level with zero errors, do not apply. You will be expected to move fast, stay sharp, and get results under pressure — just like you would at Amazon, AT&T, or PayPal. If you’ve worked at any of those companies, we highly recommend you apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to new leads immediately via messaging platforms

Book appointments inside our scheduling software with perfect accuracy

Follow up and rebook clients who missed or canceled appointments

Track updates and client interactions in real time

Maintain exceptional speed, focus, and attention to detail — even when overwhelmed

Compensation:
?10,500 base pay/month (part-time for 2 days/week)

?50 commission per booking

?80 commission per rebooking

~100 leads daily

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English

Appointment-setting, call center, or sales experience required

Experience at Amazon, PayPal, AT&T, Telco, or BPO firms is a huge plus

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

little tolerance for mistakes. You must be obsessed with accuracy.

Extremely reliable, focused, and emotionally resilient

Must be growth-driven — this is a role for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not clock in and out
