???? Project Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Strategist to help us:
1. Develop and implement an affiliate strategy across YouTube, Instagram, Payhip, and Mailerlite.
2. Identify and apply to relevant affiliate programs.
3. Set up templates, automations, and high-converting placements.
4. Train our VA on best practices for sustainability.
This role is ideal for someone with an eye for soulful but strategic content, and an understanding of the personal development or digital product space.

???? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct an audit of current affiliate links and assets
• Research and recommend affiliate platforms and partnerships
• Develop a lightweight affiliate funnel using Mailerlite
• Draft copy for emails, product pages, and captions with embedded affiliate links
• Advise on compliance language (disclosures, disclaimers)
• Provide 2–3 training sessions for our in-house VA to take over ongoing execution

? You’re a Fit If You Have:
• 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing strategy
• Solid copywriting skills with strong call-to-action instincts
• Familiarity with tools like Mailerlite, Canva, YouTube, Instagram, Gumroad or Payhip
• Experience in personal development, lifestyle, travel, or digital products (preferred)
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
