Customer Support Shopify Dropshipping

We are a fast-growing dropshipping business focused on the European market. We’re now looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Support VA to join our remote team and help manage our Shopify store, customer inquiries, and dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Communicate with suppliers
- Resolve customer order matters

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the European dropshipping market
- High proficiency with Shopify and CRM platforms such as Reamaze or Freshdesk
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (especially with Google Sheets/Excel)
- Excellent written communication in English
- Proactive and able to work independently
