About the Role
We’re an AI-driven platform helping modern clinics streamline front-desk operations through voice automation, smart call routing, and integrated booking workflows. As we expand rapidly, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to help run live demos, engage prospective clients, and support the sales journey.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys technology, understands the value of great communication, and is excited about helping healthcare practices adopt automation.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and host live demos with clinics via Zoom or in person
Showcase how our AI platform integrates with a clinic’s daily workflow (calls, bookings, messaging, etc.)
Customize demo experiences to suit different clinic sizes, systems, and goals
Address questions around product features, setup, and integration
Collect client feedback and surface common insights to the team
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-demo
Keep CRM systems up to date with demo outcomes and client notes
What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who can clearly explain software tools to non-technical users
Previous experience in sales, product demonstrations, customer success, or onboarding
Comfortable running Zoom calls and screen-sharing sessions
Quick to learn and demonstrate new software
Highly organized with good follow-up habits
Familiarity with the healthcare or clinic industry is a bonus, but not required
