Are you highly skilled in using Podium to manage communications, streamline operations, and drive meaningful engagement? We're seeking a Podium Specialist who can support a fast-growing telehealth provider offering natural and alternative treatments for stress, pain, and sleep-related issues.
What You’ll Do
- Use Podium expertly to manage calls, texts, reviews, and follow-ups in one central dashboard
- Set up and optimize automations (e.g., missed call texts, review requests, reminders)
- Provide weekly and monthly usage insights and analytics to improve team communication and performance
- Deliver regular training sessions to staff on maximizing Podium’s tools and features
- Identify opportunities to improve client communications through Podium integrations and reports
Who You Are
- Based in the Philippines with excellent written and spoken English
- At least 1–2 years of experience working with Podium (or similar communication platforms)
- Strong understanding of customer messaging workflows, VoIP systems, and SMS automations
- Analytical thinker with experience generating reports and actionable insights
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable conducting virtual trainings or walkthroughs
- Experience in wellness, health, or service-oriented industries is a plus
