Virtual Assistant – Group Posting, Demo Calls, Social Media Setup (30-Day Contract)

Description:
SmartTrade Systems helps Aussie electricians cut admin time and grow their business through automation. We’re hiring a results-focused VA for a 30-day milestone-based contract.

Scope of Work:
• Post daily in Facebook & LinkedIn tradie groups
• Book and run demo calls using our script
• Create Facebook + LinkedIn business pages
• Design a quoting lead magnet & early access flyer
• Record a Loom-style AI video intro
• Track leads daily, report via WhatsApp
• Organize all files in Google Drive folder

Timeline & Milestones:
• Start Date: TBA
• End Date: 30 days after start
• Milestone 1 (Day 7): Group posts active, pages live, tracker working
• Milestone 2 (Day 14): Demo script running, lead magnet + flyer complete
• Milestone 3 (Day 30): 50 leads, 10 demos, 3+ conversions, all deliverables uploaded

KPI Expectations:
• 50 qualified leads
• 10 demo calls completed
• 3–5 conversions to paid
• All assets delivered on schedule

Payment:

Total: $300 USD
Milestone-Based:
• $90 on Day 7
• $120 on Day 14
• $90 on final delivery (Day 30)
Bonus available for exceeding KPIs

Ideal Skills:
• Great written English + confident communicator
• Facebook group + page experience
• Canva or design tools
• Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp Web
• Organized, fast, reliable
