We're Hiring: Design & Ecom VA
Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time |

Are you a whip-smart, detail-obsessed, Canva-crushing, Shopify-savvy legend who lives and breathes all things design and ecomm?

Do you love the thrill of juggling product launches, uploading listings, tweaking graphics, and making an online store look and convert like a dream?

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA your superpowers):
Design Wizardry:
Create beautiful product graphics, promo banners, and email visuals using Canva, Adobe, or your fave design tools
Work with brand assets to keep everything looking slick, on-brand, and scroll-stopping

Ecomm Excellence:
Upload and manage products on Shopify or similar platforms
Keep inventory, images, and descriptions polished and up to date
Support in basic backend store updates—collections, homepage tweaks, banners, popups, etc.
Assist with promo setup, product bundles, and launches

Admin & Support-y Stuff (just enough to keep things moving):
Schedule emails via Yotpo (or similar)
Help manage launch timelines, content calendars, and file organization
Do basic research, order tracking, and VA-ish tasks

Must-Haves:
Solid experience as a VA or freelance designer in ecom or DTC brand spaces

Great eye for modern design, clean aesthetic, and brand consistency

Familiarity with Shopify, Canva (or Adobe Suite), Yotpo, Google Drive

Super organised, responsive, reliable, and proactive—AKA a gun

Can follow a brief but isn’t afraid to bring ideas to the table

Great written English (we don’t do boring copy here)

Bonus: you know your way around TikTok trends and UGC inspo

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with basic video editing (Reels/TikToks)

Past work with fashion, underwear, beauty or lifestyle brands

Basic HTML / CSS knowledge (for Shopify tweaks)

Hours & Pay:
Starting 20– hours/week with the option to grow into full-time

Hourly rate: PHP competitive, depending on experience

Flexible schedule, but some overlap with AEDT/AEST is preferred

Paid test task before hire
